Prayers Inspired from Jabez - By Deliverance Revolution Ps Nate
The Expanded Prayer of Jabez in Jesus’ Name
Heavenly Father, Almighty God of Israel, the One who was, who is, and who is to come — I come boldly before Your throne of grace, just as Jabez once did, lifting up my voice to You with the same faith, humility, and desperation of heart. Lord, I cry out to You, not with eloquent words, but with sincerity, with hunger, and with the longing of a heart that knows You are the only One who can truly bless, enlarge, protect, and keep me. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I echo the cry of Jabez: “Oh, that You would bless me indeed!” Yes, Lord, I ask not for a blessing in name only, but for the fullness of Your divine favor. I’m not asking out of greed, but out of faith in Your goodness and Your promises. Your Word says in James 1:17 that every good and perfect gift comes from You — the Father of lights. I ask for Your blessings, the kind that overflow, the kind that bring no sorrow with them (Proverbs 10:22). Bless me indeed, Father! Bless my spirit, my soul, my body.
Bless my thoughts, my decisions, and my obedience. Bless me to be a blessing to others. I do not want to live a small, restricted life. I do not want to be bound by fear, poverty, limitation, or lack. I ask You, O God, to enlarge my territory! Enlarge my vision, my reach, my calling, my impact! Expand my borders, stretch my influence for Your Kingdom. As You blessed Abraham and made him a father of many nations, I ask that You would extend my spiritual and physical borders — to reach people, to steward resources, to serve with wisdom, and to build for Your glory. Enlarge my ministry, my assignments, and my opportunities. Enlarge my capacity to love, to give, and to lead. Enlarge my heart to carry burdens that matter to You. Enlarge my thinking so I am no longer confined by the limitations of the past, my upbringing, or past failures. I declare by faith that I shall walk into new lands, new realms, new favor, and new harvests in the name of Jesus! Lord, let Your hand be with me! Never leave me or forsake me.
Your Word says in Psalm 139:10 that even there — wherever “there” is — Your hand shall lead me, and Your right hand shall hold me fast. I need Your hand of guidance, Your hand of power, and Your hand of favor upon my life. Let Your hand pull me from every pit. Let Your hand direct my steps. Let Your hand open doors that no man can shut and shut every door that is not from You. Father, I do not want to run ahead of You, nor do I want to lag behind. I want to walk with You. Guide me in business, in ministry, in family decisions, in career, in relationships, and in every moment of my life. May I not trust in my own strength or understanding, but lean entirely on Your mighty hand. Let Your hand sustain me when I am weak. Let it lift me when I fall. Let it shield me when I am attacked. I cannot do this life alone — I need Your hand upon me. Keep me from evil, Lord! Just as Jabez prayed, I ask You to keep me from the traps of the enemy.
Keep me from falling into sin, into compromise, into deception, or into pride. Keep me from the snares of Satan and the subtle ways he tries to draw me away from You. I repent of every sin — known and unknown — that has given evil any access to my life, my family, my finances, or my purpose. I renounce the sins of the flesh — pride, greed, lust, selfishness, fear, doubt, bitterness, envy, and laziness. Cleanse me with the blood of Jesus. Let no curse find a landing place in my life. Let every open door to the enemy be shut tightly now in Jesus’ name. Forgive me, Lord, for the times I trusted in money more than I trusted in You. Forgive me for withholding from others when You told me to give. Forgive me for poor stewardship, for mismanagement, and for fear-based financial decisions. I repent for all partnership with mammon and the world system. I choose this day to trust in You fully. I confess that You alone are my Source — not my job, not my bank account, not my connections. You, O God, are my Provider. I break all agreements with poverty, with financial limitation, with barely-gettingby, and with just-enough mindsets. I renounce all ancestral sins and iniquities that opened the door for financial curses.
I cut myself off from generational cycles of debt, loss, gambling, squandering, mismanagement, and fear-based hoarding. I declare that I am a child of God and I am walking into the blessings of Abraham through Jesus Christ! Keep me from evil so that it does not grieve me! God, I ask that You shield me from the torment of pain — spiritual pain, emotional pain, physical pain, financial pain. Guard me from relationships that hurt. Guard me from failure that crushes the soul. Protect me from people and places that would bring sorrow into my life. Preserve me in my coming in and my going out. Preserve my health, my mind, my peace. Deliver me from sickness and affliction, for by Your stripes I am healed. Let no affliction arise a second time. Let no plague come near my dwelling. Keep me from disaster. Keep me from sudden tragedy. Let the angel of the Lord encamp around me and my family. May I dwell in the secret place of the Most High, abiding under the shadow of the Almighty. And now, Lord, I ask You to bless my household as You bless me.
Bless my children and future generations. Let them walk in Your ways. Enlarge their territory — spiritually, intellectually, financially, emotionally, and in all aspects of life. Let Your hand be upon them all the days of their lives. Keep them from evil and establish them in righteousness. Bless the work of my hands. Multiply the seeds I sow. Let me prosper in all I do, even as my soul prospers. May my business, job, ministry, or vocation be fruitful and overflowing. Give me creative ideas, witty inventions, and divine strategies. Give me discernment to know when to act, when to wait, and when to walk away. Anoint me for increase. Let me be a lender and not a borrower. Let me live in surplus, not in scarcity. Remove every spirit of delay and stagnation from my path. Let my storehouses overflow with plenty. Raise up helpers, partners, and divine connections to support the vision You have placed in my heart. Lord, I know You are no respecter of persons. If You answered Jabez, You will answer me! If You enlarged his borders, You can enlarge mine! I hold fast to Your promises and I will not let go until You bless me.
You are a rewarder of those who diligently seek You. I seek You now, with my whole heart. I declare in faith: I am blessed in the city and blessed in the field. I am the head and not the tail. I am above only and not beneath. The blessing of the Lord makes me rich and adds no sorrow with it. The favor of the Lord surrounds me like a shield. I shall not lack for any good thing. The Lord supplies all my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. I walk in divine increase and supernatural acceleration. My territory is enlarged! God’s hand is upon me! I am kept from evil and I do not cause pain! And now, Father, I rest in Your Word. I thank You that Your promises are yes and amen in Christ Jesus. I believe You have heard me, and because I have prayed in faith, I know that You will grant me what I have asked — just as You did for Jabez.
Let the testimony of my life bring glory to You. Let others look at what You’ve done in me and desire to know You more. Make my life a living witness of Your grace, mercy, and power. I give You all the praise, all the honor, and all the glory. In the matchless, mighty, miracle-working name of Jesus Christ — my Lord, my Savior, my Redeemer, my Provider, my Deliverer — I pray and believe. Amen and Amen!
