BIBLE PLANS (Encounter God Through His Word)
How to Read the Bible for Spiritual Growth
Reading the Bible is not just about completing chapters; it's about understanding the context, discerning the intended audience, and applying God's Word to your life today. The Old Testament, for example, should be viewed through the lens of the New Testament. Without this understanding, our prayers may lack depth and power—when we are called to face our own giants, we need the faith of David, who knew the Lord would deliver him
This Bible reading plan was inspired by
a former Hindu who encountered Jesus and received this plan through divine revelation.
The Revelation Behind the Bible Reading Plan
The Bible reading plan I follow was first introduced to me through Brother Mahesh Paul from India, a man whose testimony still stirs my spirit.
Once a Hindu, he encountered Jesus during a time of total financial collapse. Out of desperation, he began reading the Bible for two hours a day. In that season, God spoke to him and promised deliverance from bankruptcy and a life of abundance. That Word came to pass.
In 2016, I saw him on Facebook, posting about healings, deliverances, the dead being raised, and the gospel being preached. I was shocked and curious—I reached out to him immediately. His testimony and the Bible plan he shared became a turning point in my walk with God.
Because of two Hindus in my life whom God used powerfully, I was provoked in my spirit—if God could use them, how much more could He use me, a proud Catholic at the time?
By consistently following this plan with a devoted heart, you'll unlock greater revelations of God. The Word of God is infallible, and when received in faith, it brings blessings beyond what we can imagine—strengthening your faith and equipping you as a born-again believer.
