Blog Title: Behind Giving - A Kingdom Perspective (Ankit's Conference Summary)

Intro

God is not a respecter of persons but of principles and a right heart. In this blog, we break down powerful truths and scriptural foundations from the Behind Giving conference with Ankit. These truths are not just teachings, they are keys to unlock Kingdom finances, move in the anointing, and position yourself for eternal impact.

1. A Right Heart Precedes Anointing

  • Offense and a critical spirit block anointing – even if the most anointed person lays hands on you, you won't receive.

  • Choose to make your heart right and receive what you’ve never received before.

  • Do not change to accommodate anyone who sits with you—stand firm in your belief in Jesus Christ.

  • If you don’t compromise on the things of God, He will elevate you to positions you never imagined.

  • Psalm 50:10-12 (NKJV) – God owns everything. Yet He asks us to give.

“If God owns it all, why give? Because giving isn’t about supply—it’s about the state of your heart.”

  • The Word is part of your healing. It’s the treatment.

  • Get out of offense to receive all that Heaven has for you.

2. Giving: A Matter of the Heart

  • Giving isn’t placing something in the offering bucket—it’s an act of the heart.

  • What is precious to God? Not the amount.

  • Jesus never commended the rich but praised the widow’s 2 coins (Mark 12:41-44). She gave all she had.

“Many give out of abundance; few give out of surrender.”

  • Charity ≠ Sowing Seed:

    • Charity: Often ego-driven, about superiority complex or guilty conscience.

    • Sowing: Driven by faith, intentional, Kingdom-focused.

“Charity expects nothing. Sowing expects a harvest.”

  • No farmer sows without expectation. He protects the seed and tends it.

  • Don’t sow in 1 acre and expect 5 acres of harvest.

  • Give your best, and expect God’s best.

  • Bare minimum never produces supernatural growth.

3. God Gave His Best – You Must Too

  • God gave His only begotten Son – His most precious gift.

  • What is precious to the Lord should be precious to you.

  • Hebrews 7:1 – Melchizedek: King of Righteousness, King of Salem (Peace), Priest of the Most High.

  • Abraham gave one-tenth of all to Melchizedek, who imparted mighty blessings.

  • God hasn’t changed His principles.

“Tithing is about sustaining priests. Giving is about advancing the Kingdom.”

  • God doesn’t need money to run Heaven.

  • Tithing = Ministry to Priests

  • Giving = Ministry to God’s Kingdom

  • Only thieves have a problem with giving.

  • Judas Iscariot (a disciple) had a problem with it.

“If giving is hard for you, the Holy Spirit hasn’t taken over yet.”

  • Start practicing giving—when the Holy Spirit takes over, it becomes a joy.

  • Heaven is not running out of funds.

4. Generational Blessing Through Giving

  • In Texas, Ankit sowed into an evangelist’s airfare—you go where you sow.

  • Abraham’s tithe to Melchizedek blessed future generations, including Levi, who was still in Abraham’s loins.

  • The priesthood passed down, tied to the act of giving.

“Your giving changes the next three generations.”

5. Seed Has Power

  • One seed can become a mighty tree.

  • You can eat your seed or sow it.

  • Malachi 3:16 – Remembrance and reward.

  • Copeland sowed into Reinhard Bonnke for 10 years. They gave away 7-8 jets.

  • Don’t criticize ministers for having jets—ask: Who else should receive them?

  • If one misuses gifts, don’t judge all.

“Benny Hinn has done more for God than most people.”
“If God doesn’t discard you for your sins, why throw others away for theirs?”

  • Don’t be gullible with religious appearance—discern with the Spirit.

6. Confronting the Critical Spirit

  • The critical spirit stops the move of God.

  • Make a covenant tonight. Do business with God.

  • 2 Samuel 7 – In 6 months, every voice against you will be silenced.

  • Expect rest in every area: family, marriage, finances.

“You are not called to fight battles endlessly. Jesus already won.”

7. Vows and Eternal Perspective

  • Many make vows in pain but forget them in prosperity.

  • Self-preservation dominates, but life is temporary.

  • Your giving is for winning souls.

  • One sows, another reaps—both share the harvest (John 4:36).

“Put your heart in the Kingdom, and God will do what you’ve imagined.”

  • David, seeing the tabernacle, thought of building for God.

  • Blank cheque anointing: When God sees your unselfish motives, He says, “Whatever you have in mind—I’m with you.”

8. Expensive Fragrance: Alabaster Jar

  • Mark 14:3 – Woman with alabaster jar poured perfume on Jesus.

  • Others called it waste.

  • But Jesus felt comforted by her offering even during the worst day:

    1. Betrayed for 30 silver coins

    2. Denied 3 times by Peter

    3. A murderer released instead of Him

    4. Publicly stripped and humiliated

    5. Whipped and flesh ripped (777 lashes)

    6. Blood evaporated on city floor

    7. Rotting flesh, extreme pain

    8. Woman’s fragrance ministered to Him in that agony

    9. She prepared His body for burial

    10. Gospel goes hand in hand with that act

“The jar broken represents Jesus' body broken. Let your offering fill the room with eternal fragrance.”

9. Laying on of Hands and Impartation

  • 2 Timothy 1:2, 6 – Authority is delegated.

  • Not all hands should be laid on you—witch doctors also impart.

  • Miracles flow from love and grace.

  • Gifts come from the Holy Spirit.

“Holy Spirit will not dwell where unclean spirits reside.”

  • Charismata = grace gifts of the Spirit.

  • Without Holy Spirit, gifts cannot operate.

  • Righteous falls but gets up—anointing doesn’t mean perfection.

  • Power gifts require purity.

“Don’t collect anointings with a wrong heart. You’ll receive nothing.”

10. Fruit > Method

  • Smith Wigglesworth: Punched sickness. Methods offended, but fruit proved God's hand.

  • Results matter more than how.

“If you have a better method, go ahead. Just show fruit.”

  • Anointing vanishes if not stewarded with humility.

  • Gifts without repentance can still bless others due to receiver’s faith.

  • Kenneth Hagin: No one person carries all gifts—that’s why the body of Christ exists.

11. Don’t Undermine Power Gifts

  • Don’t stop at confession—act in faith.

  • Pride blocks receiving; hunger invites it.

  • Paralyzed man’s friends broke the roof—comfort stops many.

  • Don’t be afraid of supernatural.

“Soap doesn’t clean unless applied. The Word works only when applied.”

12. Signs, Wonders, and Evidence

  • Miracles are central to the Gospels:

    • Healing, walking on water, multiplying food, water into wine

  • Evidence defeats lies.

  • Power confirms Jesus' divinity. Rejecting it is blasphemy.

“Same resurrection power dwells in you!”

13. Final Charge

  • God didn’t call you just to go to Heaven:

    1. He called you to operate in power

    2. Live victoriously

    3. Prosper and advance the Kingdom

    4. Make Jesus known

  • Money ≠ Anointing. Wealth without power means nothing.

“Anointing can bring wealth, but wealth can’t bring anointing.”

  • Jesus is the King forever from the line of Judah, line of David.

  • When New Heaven and Earth come, it will be David’s tabernacle restored.

“Tetelestai – It is Finished.”

“Don’t follow tradition, follow the Holy Spirit.”

Closing Exhortation

  • Stir up the gift. Keep using it or lose it.

  • Seed time = Harvest; same with anointing.

  • Don’t despise small beginnings.

  • Don't return to Jewish rituals or Pharisee leaven—you’re in a better covenant.

  • Heal even on the Sabbath; don't delay good because of tradition.

  • Don't lose identity—believe God’s Word and the blood of Jesus.

Let your life be a fragrance in the courts of heaven.
Hallelujah, Amen!
