HOW TO PRAY

 

How to Pray

	Scripture (NKJV) Matthew 6:5-6
	"And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly." Mark 11:24
	"Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them." Job 8:5
	"If you would earnestly seek God And make your supplication to the Almighty," Isaiah 51:1-4
	"Listen to Me, you who follow after righteousness, You who seek the Lord: Look to the rock from which you were hewn, And to the hole of the pit from which you were dug. Look to Abraham your father, And to Sarah who bore you; For I called him alone, And blessed him and increased him. For the Lord will comfort Zion, He will comfort all her waste places; He will make her wilderness like Eden, And her desert like the garden of the Lord; Joy and gladness will be found in it, Thanksgiving and the voice of melody. 'Listen to Me, My people; And give ear to Me, O My nation: For law will proceed from Me, And I will make My justice rest As a light of the peoples.'" 1 Samuel 1:12-13

	"If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you."
