📜Scroll of Praise and Worship from the Book of Ruth
I. Prelude: The God of Providence and Redeeming Love
The Book of Ruth unfolds the tender story of God’s providence—His faithful, quiet work behind the scenes to bring redemption and hope.
In the midst of loss and exile, God reveals Himself as the Redeemer, the One who restores and blesses beyond measure.
II. Praise to Jehovah Go’el — The LORD Our Redeemer
“The LORD bless you, my daughter… May the LORD give you rest by a sure way today, and may you be famous in Bethlehem.” (Ruth 2:8, 20)
You are Jehovah Go’el, our faithful Redeemer who rescues us from shame and loss.
Your hand guides Ruth from famine to fullness,
From widowhood to the joy of covenant restoration.
You are the God who sees the lonely and provides a kinsman-redeemer.
Your mercy endures forever,
Your covenant love reaches to the remotest corners of the earth.
Great and worthy of all praise is Your Name, LORD.
III. Worship to the God of Covenant Faithfulness
“Your people will be my people and your God my God.” (Ruth 1:16)
You inspire faithfulness beyond circumstance,
A loyalty born of grace and hope.
You honor covenant love—binding hearts in unity and purpose.
You restore the broken,
Turn mourning into dancing,
And provide a future filled with promise.
We worship You, the God who writes our story,
Who plants our roots deep in Your eternal love.
IV. The God Who Blesses the Lowly and Redeems the Outcast
“May you be richly rewarded by the LORD, the God of Israel.” (Ruth 2:12)
You lift up the lowly and humble,
You exalt those cast out and forgotten.
Ruth found favor in Your sight, and Boaz became a mighty redeemer,
Prefiguring the greater Redeemer, Jesus Christ.
Your blessings overflow,
You scatter grace like rain upon the dry earth.
We lift Your Name in worship,
Our Provider, our Shield, our Hope.
V. Ascending in Worship: The Faithful God of Redemption
O Jehovah Go’el,
You who redeem the lost and restore the broken-hearted,
We exalt You in the highest heavens.
Your faithfulness never fails,
Your love never ceases.
You are the God who transforms emptiness into abundance,
Who turns exile into inheritance.
May our hearts forever sing Your praise,
May our lives declare Your faithfulness and grace,
To You be all glory, honor, and praise, now and forever.
Expanded, Deepened Prayer from the Book of Ruth
O Jehovah Go’el, LORD Our Redeemer,
You who faithfully uphold the widow and the stranger,
Who providentially orchestrates every detail of our lives,
We bow before Your throne with hearts full of praise.
You who led Ruth through famine, sorrow, and uncertainty,
And brought her into the joy of covenant restoration through Boaz,
We acknowledge Your hand of providence at work in our lives today.
You are the faithful Redeemer who rescues us from shame,
Who restores what was lost,
Who blesses beyond measure with grace and favor.
Father, we ask You now to redeem the broken places in our hearts,
To restore hope where there is despair,
To bring new life where there has been barrenness.
Clothe us with Your covenant love,
Bind us in unity to Your people,
And cause us to declare boldly, “Your people shall be my people, and Your God my God.”
Pour out Your blessing as You did upon Ruth and Boaz—
Let Your favor rest upon us richly,
Providing for every need,
Opening doors of opportunity and hope.
Heal the wounds of loneliness and rejection,
Fill us with joy that cannot be shaken,
And give us eyes to see Your providential hand guiding every step.
Sanctify us by Your Spirit,
Make us vessels of Your mercy and faithfulness,
So that through us, Your Name may be glorified.
We thank You for Your enduring faithfulness,
For Your redeeming love that never fails.
May our lives be living testimonies of Your grace and power,
May our hearts forever worship You in spirit and truth.
All glory, honor, and praise belong to You,
Our Redeemer, our Provider, our God.
In the precious and powerful Name of Jesus Christ, our Kinsman-Redeemer, we pray and decree, Amen.
Scroll of Deliverance Prayer from the Book of Ruth
Praise and Honor to Jehovah Go’el — The Faithful Redeemer
O Most High God, Jehovah Go’el,
We lift Your Name on high, the God who redeems and restores.
You are the Faithful One who never abandons the widow, the stranger, and the brokenhearted.
Your covenant love is steadfast, Your mercy flows without end.
All glory, honor, and praise belong to You alone—
The Provider of hope in desolation, the Restorer of life from barrenness.
We bow before Your throne in reverence,
Acknowledging Your sovereign hand that guides all things for good.
You are the LORD of covenant faithfulness,
The Mighty One who turns exile into inheritance.
Great are You, and greatly to be praised forevermore.
Decree and Declaration of Divine Redemption and Deliverance
By the authority of the Name of Jesus Christ, the greater Kinsman-Redeemer,
We decree and declare freedom from every chain that binds us.
We proclaim release from every form of loss, rejection, and despair.
As Ruth found favor and provision in Your eyes, O LORD,
So we declare that Your favor surrounds us like a shield.
We decree divine restoration, abundant provision, and covenant blessing.
Every barren place is made fruitful by Your Spirit.
Your hand upholds us; Your blessing covers us.
We decree that no weapon formed against us shall prosper.
We stand firm in the power of Your name,
Rejecting every plan of the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy.
Renouncing Darkness and Spiritual Opposition
In the Name of Jesus Christ, we renounce every spirit of famine,
Every spirit of loneliness and abandonment,
Every demonic scheme designed to oppress or isolate us.
We break every generational curse of loss and barrenness,
Every lie of rejection and despair,
Every chain of poverty and want.
We declare that Satan and all his forces have no place in our lives,
No power over our hearts, no claim on our destiny.
We are redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb, sealed by the Holy Spirit,
And protected by the armor of God.
Receiving Healing, Deliverance, and Sanctification
Jehovah Rapha, our Healer, we receive Your healing now—
Heal the wounds of past hurts,
Restore broken hearts and shattered hopes.
Jehovah Shalom, our Peace, calm every storm within us.
Bring wholeness to our souls and strength to our spirits.
Jehovah Mekoddishkem, our Sanctifier,
Set us apart for Your holy purposes,
Make us holy as You are holy.
Fill us with Your Spirit afresh—
Empower us to walk in victory, faith, and obedience.
We receive Your deliverance and protection now,
Walking forth as redeemed, beloved children of God,
Secure in Your everlasting covenant love.
All honor, glory, and praise be to You,
Forever and ever, Amen.
