🙏 Prayer of Praise — From the Scroll of Exodus
O LORD, our Deliverer,
We lift our voices as Israel did on the shores of victory,
For You have triumphed gloriously!
The horse and rider You cast into the sea.
You are our strength and our song—
You have become our salvation.
O God of our fathers, we exalt You.
There is none like You among the gods.
Majestic in holiness, awesome in glory,
You work wonders no mind can fathom.
You stretched out Your right hand,
And the earth swallowed up the enemy.
We behold Your fire and glory on the mountain,
We tremble at the sight of Your presence,
Yet You draw near in covenant mercy.
You are the LORD who sanctifies,
The Banner over every battle,
The Cloud that leads, the Fire that purifies.
We declare Your Name, O LORD—
Merciful and gracious,
Slow to anger, rich in steadfast love.
You forgive the iniquity of generations,
Yet You are just, and Your truth stands firm forever.
Show us Your glory, LORD.
Let Your goodness pass before us.
Proclaim Your holy Name over our lives.
Be gracious to whom You will,
Show mercy to the lowly and the hungry.
Fill this tabernacle again with Your glory.
Let Your cloud descend upon our gathering,
That we may not move without You.
As Your glory filled the sanctuary in the days of Moses,
Fill our hearts now with Your holiness.
You alone reign forever and ever.
From everlasting to everlasting You are God.
You are our Deliverer, our Sanctifier,
Our Fire, our Banner, our King.
To You belongs all praise, all honor, and all worship.
In the name of the Eternal One,
YHWH, the Great I AM,
We bow and we rise.
Amen.
