📜 Scroll of Praise and Worship from Leviticus
This scroll draws its praise and worship from the Book of Leviticus, which reveals the holiness of God, His divine order, the sanctity of offerings, the call to purity, and the glory of His presence dwelling among His people. Every line is drawn directly from scripture, woven into a pure and reverent offering of adoration.
🔹I. The Lord is Holy (Leviticus 11:44–45)
“For I am the LORD your God. Consecrate yourselves therefore, and be holy, for I am holy.
You shall not defile yourselves…
For I am the LORD who brought you up out of the land of Egypt to be your God.
You shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.”
🔹II. His Presence is Glorious (Leviticus 9:23–24)
“And the glory of the LORD appeared to all the people.
And fire came out from before the LORD and consumed the burnt offering…
and when all the people saw it, they shouted and fell on their faces.”
🔹III. The LORD Sanctifies (Leviticus 20:7–8)
“Consecrate yourselves, therefore, and be holy, for I am the LORD your God.
Keep My statutes and do them; I am the LORD who sanctifies you.”
🔹IV. The Lord Dwells in the Midst (Leviticus 26:11–12)
“I will make My dwelling among you, and My soul shall not abhor you.
And I will walk among you and will be your God, and you shall be My people.”
🔹V. His Justice and Compassion (Leviticus 19:15, 18, 34)
“You shall do no injustice in court…
You shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the LORD.
You shall treat the stranger who sojourns with you as the native among you…
for you were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.”
🔹VI. The Feasts Belong to Him (Leviticus 23:1–2)
“The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
‘Speak to the people of Israel and say to them,
These are the appointed feasts of the LORD
that you shall proclaim as holy convocations; they are My appointed feasts.’”
🔹VII. His Covenant is Eternal (Leviticus 26:45)
“But I will for their sake remember the covenant with their forefathers,
whom I brought out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations,
that I might be their God: I am the LORD.”
🔔 Final Declaration of Holiness (Leviticus 19:2)
“You shall be holy, for I the LORD your God am holy.”
🙏 Prayer of Praise — From the Scroll of Leviticus
Holy, Holy, Holy are You, O LORD,
The God who sanctifies, who dwells in majesty.
You are the Flame that consumes the offering,
The Glory that falls in the midst of the assembly.
We fall on our faces before You—
For You are holy, and there is none like You.
You have called us to be holy as You are holy.
You brought us out of bondage that we might know You,
That You would walk among us and be our God.
You are the Lord of Feasts,
The Ancient One who appoints sacred times.
You are just, full of compassion,
Commanding love toward neighbor and stranger.
O LORD who remembers covenant,
Who sanctifies by fire and Word,
Let Your statutes live in us.
Let Your presence walk with us.
Let our worship rise from a place consecrated.
Let the altar of our hearts burn continually before You.
Let Your dwelling remain among Your people forever.
You are the LORD who is holy.
You are the LORD who is near.
You are the LORD who is ours.
We exalt You. We reverence You. We worship You.
Amen.
