📜 The Scroll of Praise: The God of Genesis

🌌 I. The Eternal Creator

You are Elohim,
In the beginning, You created the heavens and the earth.
You spoke, and light came forth.
You separated light from darkness,
You set the expanse of the sky,
You called the dry land Earth,
And it was so—by Your Word alone.

You are the God of order,
The Former of all things,
The Speaker of worlds,
The Divider of seas,
The Giver of life to every seed,
The Maker of sun, moon, and stars to govern the times.

"And God saw that it was good..."
— O God, You delight in beauty and completion.
You are good. You are wise. You are sovereign.

🌱 II. The Breath-Giver and Covenant-Maker

You formed man from the dust of the earth,
And breathed into his nostrils the breath of life.
You are the God who gives life.
You walked with man in the cool of the garden—
The God who communes, the God who speaks.

You clothed the fallen.
You remembered mercy.
You guarded the Tree of Life.
You are righteous and holy, yet abundant in mercy.

You made covenant with Noah—
Placed the bow in the cloud,
Swore never again to destroy the earth by flood.
You are the God of the rainbow, the God of covenant, the Keeper of oaths.

🔥 III. The Almighty Who Calls and Blesses

You called Abram out from Ur—
You are El Shaddai, God Almighty,
Who gives lands not yet seen,
Who promises offspring as the stars.

You counted faith as righteousness.
You walked between the pieces of covenant flame.
You are the God who binds Himself to man,
The Promise-Keeper, the Covenant-Sealer.

You changed names, calling forth destiny:
Abram to Abraham, Sarai to Sarah.
You are the Renamer, the Destiny-Giver.
You visited Sarah and fulfilled Your word.
You are the God of the Impossible,
The Opener of wombs, the Fulfiller of time.

🕊 IV. The God Who Sees and Provides

Hagar cried in the wilderness,
And You appeared to her.
She called You: El Roi—The God Who Sees Me.

On Moriah’s mount, Abraham lifted the knife—
And You provided the ram.
He called the place: Yahweh-Yireh—The LORD Will Provide.

You are the One who tests and provides.
The One who calls and preserves.
The One who sees the afflicted and answers.

🌿 V. The Shepherd and Redeemer of Generations

You wrestled with Jacob through the night,
And gave him the name Israel.
You are the God who transforms—
From deceiver to prince.

You appeared in dreams.
You exalted Joseph from the pit to the palace.
You are the Revealer of secrets,
The Lifter of the humble,
The God of dreams and interpretation.

You preserved a nation through famine.
What was meant for evil, You turned for good.
You are the God of redemption,
The Architect of salvation,
The God who sees the end from the beginning.

👑 VI. The God of Our Fathers, Faithful Forever

The God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, the God of Jacob—
You are the God of generations.
The God of altars and visitations,
The God who speaks in tents and at wells,
In dreams and by angels, in wrestling and in blessing.

The God who brings forth nations from barrenness.
The God whose Spirit moved upon the waters.
The God whose Word never fails.

🔔 VII. Eternal Doxology from the Bones of Faith

Joseph said, “God will surely visit you.”
Even in death, he trusted in Your promise.
You are the God who visits.
The God who delivers.
The God who finishes what He begins.

"Carry my bones from this place."
A final act of praise from dust,
For even the grave must wait on You.

Blessed be the God of Genesis—

The Creator, Covenant-Maker, Provider, Seer, Redeemer, Almighty, Shepherd, and King.
To You alone be glory, power, wisdom, and praise, forever and ever. Amen.
