📜 Scroll of Praise, Worship, and Prayer from the Book of Job

 1. Prelude: The God Who Tests and Redeems

In the midst of suffering and mystery, Job stands before the inscrutable God — the Almighty Creator who governs all with wisdom beyond understanding. This scroll rises as a tribute to Yahweh Elohim, El Shaddai, the Ancient of Days, who disciplines and yet restores, who allows trials yet upholds righteousness.

2. Praise to the Sovereign Creator

"Blessed be the name of the LORD." (Job 1:21)

O Jehovah Elohim,
You who laid the foundations of the earth, who measured the heavens with a span,
The One who commands the morning and sets the stars in their places,
We exalt You, the Ancient of Days, eternal and unchanging,
The Creator of all that is seen and unseen.

Your wisdom is profound beyond human grasp,
Your understanding infinite and just,
You govern the cosmos with perfect order and purpose.

We praise You, El Shaddai — God Almighty,
Who is mighty in power and full of compassion.
Your justice is flawless, Your judgments true,
Even in the furnace of trial, Your hand is upon us for our good.

3. Worship of the Just and Merciful Judge

Though storms may rage and calamity descend,
We worship You, Yahweh Tsidkenu — the LORD our Righteousness,
Who sees every tear, hears every cry, and knows the heart’s true intent.

Your discipline is a refining fire,
Your rebuke awakens the soul to humility and faith,
Your mercy restores the broken and renews the weary.

We bow in reverence before Your throne,
Acknowledging that no one can question Your sovereign will,
Nor unravel the depths of Your holy purposes.

4. Adoration of the Redeemer and Restorer

You are El Roi, the God who sees,
In the darkest night and deepest sorrow, You behold Your servant.
You speak out of the whirlwind and silence the proud,
Yet You draw near to the brokenhearted and lift the bowed down.

O Jehovah Rapha — the LORD our Healer,
We praise You for Your promise to restore Job’s fortunes,
For turning mourning into dancing,
For giving twice as much as was taken away.

Your faithfulness reaches to the skies,
Your grace renews our strength like the eagle’s.

5. Reverent Prayer — Ascending to the Throne of Grace

O Most High God, El Elyon,
We come before Your throne clothed in humility and awe.
You are the Ancient of Days, whose ways are beyond searching out.
We submit ourselves fully to Your divine will and perfect timing.

Grant us the grace to trust You through every trial,
To worship You in spirit and in truth,
To see beyond the present affliction into Your eternal glory.

Deliver us from despair, heal our broken hearts,
Restore to us the joy of Your salvation,
And crown us with Your steadfast love and mercy.

By Your mighty hand, uproot every fear and every doubt,
And plant within us a spirit of unwavering faith.

Blessed be Your name forever, O LORD our God,
King of the ages, Rock of our salvation,
We magnify You and lift our voices in eternal praise.
Amen.

Expanded Prayer of Praise from the Book of Job

I. Invocation of the Sovereign Majesty

O Lord God Almighty,
Ancient of Days, enthroned in heavenly splendor,
You who stretch out the heavens like a curtain,
And who command the seas with a word,
We bow low before Your infinite majesty.

Holy and righteous King,
You alone are the Sovereign of all creation,
The One who holds the earth in the palm of Your hand,
Whose throne is established in righteousness and justice.

II. Reverence for the Divine Wisdom

Great Counselor,
Your understanding is unsearchable,
Your judgments beyond mortal comprehension.
We stand in awe of Your perfect wisdom,
Which orchestrates the cosmos and governs the affairs of men.

You are the God of knowledge and insight,
Who pierces the veil of darkness and reveals the truth,
Granting light to the humble and correction to the wayward.

III. Submission to Your Holy Will

Father of Compassion,
We lay down our will before Your divine purpose.
Teach us to trust in Your sovereign hand,
Even when the path is shrouded in mystery and pain.

May our hearts be surrendered like clay in the Potter’s hands,
Molded and shaped for Your glory alone.
Help us to say with Job,
“The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.”

IV. Thanksgiving for Your Faithful Mercy

O Jehovah, Merciful and Gracious,
We give thanks for Your steadfast love that never ceases,
For Your faithfulness that surrounds us like a shield.
You restore the fallen, heal the broken, and uphold the weak.

Thank You for the seasons of testing that refine our faith,
For the fiery trials that burn away the dross,
And for Your promise to renew our strength like the eagle’s wings.

V. Ascending to Your Grace and Glory

Glorious King of Glory,
Clothed in light as with a garment,
We lift our eyes to Your throne, radiant and exalted.

Grant us the grace to dwell continually in Your presence,
To drink deeply from the wellspring of Your Spirit,
And to walk humbly in Your fear all our days.

May Your glory be our eternal refuge,
Your grace our everlasting song.

VI. Magnifying Your Divine Attributes

Jehovah Shammah, You are always present;
Jehovah Nissi, our banner and victory;
El Olam, the everlasting God,
Jehovah Rapha, our healer and restorer.

You are the immovable Rock, the refuge for the oppressed,
The Just Judge, who rights every wrong,
The Mighty Deliverer, who shatters the plans of the wicked.

To You alone belongs all honor, glory, and power,
From everlasting to everlasting.

VII. Blessing the One Who Sits on the Throne

Blessed and holy is He who sits upon the throne,
The Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End.
May Your name be exalted above all names,
Your kingdom reign in every heart.

We bless You, O King of kings, Lord of lords,
Who judges with righteousness and loves with perfect compassion.
May the nations tremble before Your majesty,
And may Your praise fill the heavens forevermore.

VIII. Closing Declaration of Praise

With grateful hearts and lifted hands,
We declare Your greatness, O Lord God of Hosts.
You are worthy of all praise,
The eternal and unchanging King.

To You be glory, honor, and dominion forever and ever.
Amen and Amen.

Scroll of Deliverance from the Book of Job

I. The Sovereign Lord of Hosts — Jehovah El Elyon, the Most High God

O Jehovah El Elyon,
The Most High God who rules with sovereign authority,
You who are clothed with majesty and light,
We come before You now in the power of Your name.
You alone are the Creator of heaven and earth,
The One who holds the shades of death and the realms of the unseen in Your hand.

In Your strength, we renounce all the dark powers rising against us,
The hosts of Leviathan and Behemoth, the chaos monsters of the deep,
Whose roar and might seek to devour and destroy the soul.

II. Jehovah Tsidkenu — The Lord Our Righteousness

O Jehovah Tsidkenu,
The Lord our Righteousness, perfect in holiness and justice,
You who measure the heavens and judge the proud,
We stand covered in Your righteousness as armor.

We reject the deceit and arrogance of the dark shamirs and teraphim
False gods and idols that lure the heart into rebellion and fear,
We declare these dark powers broken by Your sovereign word.

III. Jehovah Mekoddishkem — The Lord Our Sanctifier

O Jehovah Mekoddishkem,
Our Sanctifier, who separates light from darkness,
We plead Your cleansing fire upon every spirit of oppression,
Every lingering spirit of affliction sent to torment the innocent.

We bind the influence of the darkened spirits of Azazel and Satyrs,
The wild forces that seek to defile and corrupt God’s creation.
Let Your sanctifying power purge our minds, bodies, and souls.

IV. Jehovah Rapha — The Lord Our Healer

O Jehovah Rapha,
The Lord who heals all wounds, seen and unseen,
We ask You to deliver us from the plague of despair, the arrows of sickness,
And from the hand of the dark powers who whisper lies of abandonment.

We renounce the curses whispered by the powers of the Lilith and the night spirits
Those shadows that seek to bring fear, isolation, and death.

V. The Mighty Deliverer — El Gibbor, the God of War

O El Gibbor, Mighty God,
Who wages war against the forces of darkness and brings victory,
We take authority in Your powerful name over every Beelzebub,
Every prince of darkness who prowls like a roaring lion seeking whom to devour.

We bind and cast down all principalities of evil,
All dark angels and spirits that whisper rebellion, slander, and destruction.

VI. The Rock of Ages — Jehovah Shammah, The Ever-Present One

O Jehovah Shammah,
The Lord who is always present, our refuge and fortress,
We declare Your presence to overshadow us now,
Filling the spaces where darkness once sought to dwell.

By Your presence, we nullify the counsel of the Satan, the adversary who accuses and torments,
And the dark legions that follow him in their schemes.

VII. Binding and Rebuking the Powers of Darkness

In the authority of the name above every name — Jesus Christ, Lord of Hosts,
We declare:

  • Every power of darkness mentioned or implied in the Book of Job, be bound!

  • Every principality and power of chaos, deception, and destruction, be cast out!

  • Every false god, goddess, and demonic spirit seeking to steal, kill, and destroy, be broken now!

By the power of the Holy Spirit, we seal this decree,
Refusing to be moved by fear or doubt,
Rooted and grounded in the truth of the Almighty God.

VIII. Prayer of Deliverance and Protection

O Jehovah Nissi,
Our Banner and our Victory,
Cover us under Your mighty wings,
Protect us from all unseen assaults and spiritual snares.

Cleanse our minds from the whispers of the enemy,
Strengthen our hearts to stand firm in faith,
And fill us with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

Deliver us from the traps laid by the rulers of the darkness of this world,
From the powers of darkness and the rulers of the darkness of this age (Eph 6:12),
And establish Your kingdom of light within us.

IX. Declaration of Victory

Thanks be to Jehovah Elohim,
The God of our salvation, our refuge, and our strength.
Through His power, we are more than conquerors,
The darkness flees before His radiant light.

We proclaim the name of Jesus Christ above every name,
In whom every enemy is defeated and every chain is broken.

Blessed be the Lord God, who reigns forever and ever.
Amen.
