✨9a - KEYS OF SPIRITUAL LAWS: ALTARS, BLOOD, OATHS, AND COUNTERFEITS

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds…” — 2 Corinthians 10:4 (NKJV)

INTRODUCTION: THE HIDDEN KEYS THAT GOVERN THE SPIRITUAL DIMENSION

What most modern believers overlook are the mechanics of the spiritual realm—the keys and principles that open doors, invoke response, and enforce dominion in the unseen world.

In this post, we will explore the elements of spiritual law—from altars and oaths, to anointing oil and incense, from the real gates of heaven to counterfeit systems Satan has created to imitate and usurp.

This blog is not about theory. It’s about the blueprints of spiritual architecture—used by prophets, kings, priests, and even principalities.

PART 1: KINGDOM KEYS IN THE SPIRITUAL REALM

1. OATHS: THE BINDING OF WORDS

"When you make a vow to God, do not delay to pay it; for He has no pleasure in fools. Pay what you have vowed." — Ecclesiastes 5:4

  • Oaths are spiritual contracts made by the spoken word

  • Words are not idle—they create or bind (Proverbs 18:21)

  • God makes oaths (Genesis 22:16), so do men (Judges 11:30)

  • Broken oaths bring spiritual consequence (Joshua 9; Ecclesiastes 5:6)

2. COVENANTS: LEGAL SPIRITUAL AGREEMENTS

“I will make an everlasting covenant with them...” — Jeremiah 32:40

  • More than a promise—a binding agreement involving blood, sacrifice, land, blessings or curses

  • Abrahamic, Mosaic, Davidic, and New Covenant through Christ

  • Can be generational (2 Samuel 21; Exodus 20:5)

  • Satan mimics this with blood pacts in occultism

3. OFFERINGS: GIFTS THAT SPEAK

“Your offering has come up as a memorial before God.” — Acts 10:4

  • Offerings are spiritual transactions

  • Abel’s offering was accepted—Cain’s was not (Genesis 4)

  • The widow’s offering moved Jesus (Luke 21:1–4)

  • Offerings open access and release favor

4. BLOOD SACRIFICES: LIFE FOR LIFE

“For the life of the flesh is in the blood... it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul.” — Leviticus 17:11

  • Atonement (Hebrew: kaphar) = covering

  • Animal blood only covered sin; Jesus’ blood removed it (Hebrews 10:4)

  • Blood is the highest currency in the spirit realm

  • Used in every major covenant—Old and New

  • No forgiveness without shedding of blood (Hebrews 9:22)

5. ALTARS: PORTALS OF POWER AND MEMORY

“Then Noah built an altar to the Lord...” — Genesis 8:20

  • Altars are spiritual platforms for interaction between God and man

  • Built by Abel, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Elijah, and David

  • Represents remembrance, consecration, and spiritual legality

  • Demonic altars also exist (e.g., Balaam in Numbers 23)

6. BURNING INCENSE: PRAYERS AS AROMA

“Let my prayer be set before You as incense…” — Psalm 141:2

  • Incense in the Tabernacle = symbolic of intercession

  • Heaven records incense (Revelation 8:3–4)

  • Represents the pleasure or stench of prayer

7. POLES (ASERAH, BANNERS, SYMBOLS)

“You shall break down their sacred pillars…” — Exodus 23:24

  • Poles (Asherah) were used in pagan worship

  • Israel often fell into sin via high places with poles (2 Kings 17:10)

  • God used banners and standards for His purposes (e.g., “The Lord is my Banner” – Exodus 17:15)

8. ANOINTING WITH OIL: ACTIVATING DIVINE FUNCTION

“You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.” — Psalm 23:5

  • Oil = Consecration, empowerment, and recognition

  • Prophets anointed kings, priests, and prophets (e.g., Samuel and David)

  • Symbol of the Holy Spirit (1 John 2:27)

  • Bethel (House of God) = place of oil, ladder (Genesis 28:18)

9. GATES OF HEAVEN: SPIRITUAL ACCESS POINTS

  • Places of divine traffic between realms (Jacob’s ladder)

  • Gates are people, places, portals

  • Jesus is the Gate (John 10:9)

  • Prayer opens gates; sin closes them

PART 2: SATANIC COUNTERFEIT SYSTEMS

Satan doesn’t create—he corrupts.
Every divine law has a perverse mirror.
Let’s expose the core elements of the kingdom of darkness.

1. DECEPTION: ROOT OF ALL SIN

“Has God indeed said…?” — Genesis 3:1

  • Satan’s greatest weapon is deception (John 8:44)

  • He misuses God’s word and distorts law

  • Even angels were deceived (Revelation 12:4)

2. SIN: TRANSGRESSION OF THE LAW

“Sin is lawlessness.” — 1 John 3:4

  • Sin gives legal access to the enemy

  • It empowers the accuser to prosecute in heavenly courts

  • Sin distorts, binds, and fragments souls

3. LEGAL RIGHTS

  • Unrepented sin gives legal standing to demonic oppression

  • Example: unforgiveness (Matthew 18:35)

  • The blood of Jesus removes legal rights (Colossians 2:14)

4. DEMONIC ALTARS

  • Dark versions of divine altars—used in witchcraft, Freemasonry, ancestral rituals

  • Often built through trauma, bloodshed, or sexual sin

  • Need to be identified, renounced, and destroyed (Judges 6:25–26)

5. PORTALS: GATEWAYS TO DARKNESS

  • Opened through occult activity, drugs, trauma, sin

  • Locations, bloodlines, or even objects can be portals

  • Satan imitates the ladder of Jacob

6. GENERATIONAL CURSES

“Visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children…” — Exodus 20:5

  • Inherited spiritual liabilities

  • Can affect health, finances, marriages, etc.

  • Broken only through confession, repentance, and blood covenant with Christ

7. LIES

  • Lies are chains; truth breaks chains

  • Lies about identity, purpose, God’s nature = Satan’s weapons

8. INFIRMITIES

“A spirit of infirmity…” — Luke 13:11

  • Not all sickness is spiritual, but many are

  • Demons can afflict through legal grounds

  • Healing = both physical and legal liberation

9. BONDAGES & STRONGHOLDS

“Pulling down strongholds…” — 2 Corinthians 10:4

  • Strongholds = mental/spiritual fortresses based on lies

  • Can involve addiction, shame, anger, lust, fear

  • Require truth, deliverance, and renewal of mind

CONCLUSION: THE WAR IS LEGAL — FIGHT WISELY

To fight in the spirit, we must understand the legal terrain.
Just as a lawyer doesn’t argue emotion but statute, a spiritual warrior must:

  • Know God’s laws

  • Understand Satan’s counterfeit system

  • Stand in the righteousness of Christ

  • Use the blood, the Word, and the name of Jesus as legal weapons

And this war is not just emotional.
It is spiritual.
It is legal.
It is eternal.
