1. Eternal Identity of Yeshua
Before the foundations of the earth were laid, You are.
Before time had a name, You existed in timeless majesty.
You are the Word who was with God, and You are God.
The uncreated One, the Light from Light,
the radiance of the Father’s eternal glory.
All things were made through You,
and without You was not anything made that was made.
The galaxies stretched forth at Your command,
the stars sang together as You set them in their place.
You numbered each star, and not one is missing.
You call them by name,
yet You know the number of hairs on our heads.
The heavens are the work of Your fingers,
the sun and moon You set in their course.
You measure the waters in the hollow of Your hand,
You weigh the mountains on scales.
The nations are like a drop from a bucket before You,
yet You stoop low to lift the poor from the dust
and seat them with princes.
From everlasting to everlasting, You are God.
Your years have no end,
Your throne is established of old.
The seraphim cover their faces before You, crying:
“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts,
the whole earth is full of His glory!”
Day and night the living creatures around Your throne
never cease to say:
“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty,
who was and is and is to come!”
The twenty-four elders fall down before You,
casting their crowns at Your feet, saying:
“Worthy are You, O Lord,
to receive glory and honor and power,
for You created all things,
and by Your will they exist and were created.”
You are Alpha and Omega,
the First and the Last,
the Beginning and the End.
You are the Ancient of Days,
clothed in garments white as snow,
the hair of Your head like pure wool.
Your throne is fiery flames,
a river of fire flows before You,
thousands upon thousands serve You,
ten thousand times ten thousand stand before You.
Glory to the Eternal Word,
the Root of Jesse, the Branch of righteousness,
the Desire of all nations,
the brightness of the Father’s glory.
Glory to the I AM,
the same yesterday, today, and forever.
